Privacy Policy
When you send a gift through Kash you trust us with two people's details: yours and the person receiving it. We treat both with the same care.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and delivery addresses when you create an account or place an order. For each gift, the recipient's name, address and phone number, plus any note, photo or engraving text you add.
We do not store full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
Only to prepare, deliver and support your orders, to keep your account working, and to reply when you contact us. If you join the Kash Letter, we also send occasional gift ideas, and you can leave at any time.
Who we share it with
The courier or local partner who delivers your gift receives only what they need to reach the recipient. We never sell or rent personal details to anyone.
Photos and personal messages
Photos and messages for personalised gifts are kept private and used only to make your piece. You can ask us to delete them once your order has arrived.
Your choices
You can view and update your details in your account, or write to us at kashmore120@gmail.com to request a copy or deletion of your information.
