An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We'll let you know straight away if an item becomes unavailable and offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.

Please check names, dates, photos and messages carefully before checking out. Personalised items are made exactly as submitted, so spelling or photo issues in what you send us can't be counted as a fault.

Delivery times shown on each product are our best estimate. Flowers and fresh treats may be substituted with something of equal or higher quality when a stem or flavour is out of season. Please make sure the recipient's address and phone number are correct; a failed delivery due to wrong details may need a new delivery charge.

Prices include gift wrapping and a handwritten note. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay. Coupon codes can't be combined unless stated.

Gift cards and digital codes are delivered to your account vault after payment and can't be exchanged once revealed.
